ALMA, so called by its loving customers, is an interdisciplinary school located in a welcoming place in the heart of Milan, an oasis of peace, silence and scents of oils and incenses. From dance to yoga through Tai Chi, Alma hosts a lot of events, like Tibetan bells, Gongs concerts, or Tarots  lectures and readings. It is a house of training and plenty of knowledge and holistic treatments.

The founder Walter Zanca has certainly contributed to my approach in studying traditional Thai massage, as he suggested me the best schools in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where we studied together in a continuous exchange of knowledge and treatments. Walter, in fact, treated me several times with great benefits, helping my recovery from fractures and joint pains. He's actually my personal teacher and mentor in holistic therapy. We usually collaborate for events and professional training.
