La nostra prima casa è il nostro corpo, anzi in quanto umani abitiamo come primo luogo della nostra esistenza il corpo delle nostre madri. 
Per questo sono convinta che finché non troveremo pace nella nostra casa di pelle, difficilmente saremo sereni in nessun luogo, nemmeno il più meraviglioso. Poi c'è la natura, la nostra macrocasa, che ci nutre e ci circonda con semplice, disarmante bellezza che andrebbe onorata, ringraziata e rispettata a ogni respiro.

Le mie lezioni vogliono essere un invito in primo luogo a prenderci cura di noi, dei nostri corpi, del nostro sentire, dell'ambiente che ci circonda, fatto di natura, di esseri umani e non umani, di cuori pulsanti.

Un invito all'ascolto, all'amor proprio per poter essere in grado di amare chi ci sta accanto.

Camminate consapevoli, lunghi respiri, contemplazioni degli scorci pazzeschi di questa splendida opera d'arte che è il mondo e ovviamente trattamenti olistici per il benessere, con tutte le nuove tecniche e arti antiche di guarigione apprese in questi mesi di girovagare e anni di indagare e studiare.

Our first home is our body, indeed as humans we inhabit the body of our mothers as the first place of our existence. 
That is why I am convinced that as long as we do not find peace in our skin house, it is difficult for us to find peace anywhere, not even in the most wonderful place.
